I received a heap of raw bee wax from my mother's friend who raises bees himself. It's rare to get it in Hong Kong and I was so excited to learn how to filter it to get pure bee wax. |

In fact the wax can be used directly but nobody would like the debris. |

Since the container cannot be used again after handling bee wax, I first used a tea can. However, I discovered that it leaked. I then shift to a china soup bowl. Bring it to a double boiler. |

Melt the wax until it is completely melted. Check to add water to the boiler if necessary. Never let the wax boil. |

Prepare a container and cover it with a cotton cloth and clip well. |

The outcome is beautiful! Surprisingly I got 800g of honey and only 100g of wax. |
