生活雜貨縫紉班 Sewing Class

看著漂亮的小手袋、咕臣、iPad套，欣賞著自己親手做的作品，成功的喜悦是沒法用言語表達出來的。在縫紉的過程中，學習認識物料、設計、顏色配搭... 經歷探索、嘗試、失敗和奮鬥，到完成一件美麗的作品的滿足感，這就是縫紉的樂趣了！


本課程教授學員縫製作實用的生活雜貨，並提供來自歐洲的布板及基本配件，從基本的車縫技巧、手縫、尺寸計算到版型繪製，都可以在這課程學到。

初級班

適合對象 :   對縫紉有興趣的人士，無基礎者可。

課    程：    全期六課，每課2.5小時。

名    額：    4至5名。

Baked pumpkin koroke

From bath towel to kitchen towel

A little needlework to kill time in a Saturday afternoon.


Cut out 1/3 portion of a bath towel. Machine 16 "L" pleats evenly along the width, each of 6" long.


Cut to desired height of the dress and seal the loose top with a match-color stripe.


Join the back leaving the skirting open.


The basic form is completed.


Machine on a ribbon (It is the leftover of the "Strawberry cake" I made for Mao Mao some years ago) along the seam.


Add a little bow, it's done!

蝦乾三文魚骨冬瓜湯

蒸了一條三文魚骨腩拆了肉給Maomao，剩下的骨丟掉的話很可惜。
於是用來煮了一個湯，超鮮甜，又環保。

材料：
三文魚骨 (一條魚)
冬瓜500g
蝦乾數條
蝦米數粒
金華火腿少許
薑數片
葱一條切小段

調味料：
鹽
胡椒粉

做法：
1. 三文魚骨用煲魚袋入好。
2. 冬瓜去皮切大粒。
3. 蝦米及蝦乾浸軟。

4. 煮沸一煱水，放入所有材料煮至湯呈奶白色。
5. 加入鹽、胡椒粉和葱段即成。

Serve hot.
